This custom CRM was created for Amuzeum’s customer and reservation workflows. It supports leads and bookings for events, school visits and birthday celebrations.

The tool brings related customer and reservation information into a shared operational workflow. Its scope centres on following enquiries and organising the different types of bookings handled by the business.
